Background

I have been in the web UI/UX design field for over two decades. It has never felt like a job, it's a passion. I am one of the lucky few; doing what I love. I grew up knowing that I will be a designer one day.

Throughout my career, I have lead and mentored many of talented UI/UX designers, accessibility testers, and multimedia developers. I work as a strategist with the analytical brain and an artist with the esthetical mind. I believe my job isn't my title, it is the responsibilities I have to my clients and my team. I delegate well, but I also remain very hands on; I prefer to lead by example. I am experienced web design, user experience, web accessibility, and project management.

With the constant introduction of new technologies and design methodologies, I can't imagine a more exciting time to be doing what I do. There seems to be no end to the possibilities.
