We arrived and were promptly seated by Tim. Tim turned out to be the owner and our server for the evening. The time recommended for steaks was too short so had to go back a couple times to the grill. Overall a fun dining experience! We went on a Thursday night. It was like going to the butcher cabinet to pick your meat out then walk over to the grill and cook it to their suggestions.
