Tejon Pass Emergency Tow Truck Service: Roadside Assistance 24/7

The Tejon Summit

Tejon Summit is located on Interstate 5 (US I-5) highway approximately 70 miles north of Los Angeles, California. Tejon pass is often called the Grapevine, however, the Grapevine more correctly references the steep 5 1/2 mile grade section at the northern end of this pass. At an elevation of 1,499 feet (457 m), the community is located at the foot of a grade that starts at the mouth of Grapevine Canyon, immediately south of the community, and ascends the canyon to the Tejon Pass in the Tehachapi Mountains via Interstate 5 (formerly U.S. Route 99).

Hundreds of vehicles passes through The Tejon Summit everyday. No matter what type of vehicle you drive new or old, if your car or truck is not properly maintained your vehicle will not make it through the Grapevine. Ensure your vehicle fluids (coolant, oil, water) are filled and tires checked. Carry a roadside service kit in your vehicle in case of an emergency.
